The Wasa Lake Land Improvement District is a local government organization dedicated to maintaining water quality and quantity of Wasa Lake. Wasa Lake is located in the south eastern corner of British Columbia.

Aside from general information like news releases, monthly Board Meeting Highlights, updates on planning projects, program changes etc., you will receive emergency notifications and updates (such as flood and weather events, highway closures, and wildfires) and warnings about possible smoke from scheduled burns. |

in the WLLID office (Wasa Community Hall). The public is welcome to attend all regular board meetings but if you wish to address the board, please consult the Meeting Procedures Bylaw for the proper protocol. If you plan to attend, please check here on the date of the meeting to confirm the schedule and download the agenda. SHORELINE CLEANUP OCTOBER 2, 2021 2021 is the 6th year in a row that the trustees of the Improvement District have participated in the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup. All the data will be entered at www.shorelinecleanup.org so that trends can be tracked across the nation. TAX NOTICES are generally sent in early June and are due July 15. You may pay by mail to Box 133 Wasa BC V0B 2K0 or online through Interac eTransfer. To avoid internet fraud and to ensure your tax account is credited correctly, use the 4 digit number of your 2021 invoice as the security answer. If your bank requires more than 4 digits, add 2 zeros to the beginning of your invoice number.
